Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO on the basis of your voluntarily given consent.

The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after completion of your request.

If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, your request with all resulting personal data (e.g. your name, your request) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

If you wish to use our offer, the online platform MICARE PS, on a contractual basis, you can, after registering with your e-mail address and password, register a vehicle and agree on the service you require for this purpose.
In our registration form for the entry on online platform MICARE PS, a lot of data about the vehicle to be registered is collected. Insofar as it is possible to draw conclusions about your person, this is also personal data (e.g. registration number. When registering a stolen vehicle, you will be asked to upload a copy of the police theft report for quality assurance reasons. The report will not be made available to third parties.
 
Overview
When registering a non-stolen vehicle, you can decide whether the vehicle is displayed on MICARE PS.
Unless you notify us otherwise, the following vehicle data will be made generally publicly visible.

All other vehicle data stored on MICARE PS will only be displayed in the event of theft.
(see par. 3 e) Registration of vehicles on MICARE PS).

Personal data, such as name or address (if stored), etc. will not be displayed or disclosed to third parties at any time. MICARE PS collects only such personal data (name, address) that are necessary, for example, to create an invoice, these data are not queried or stored in your customer account at any time.

We use your personal data to establish, define the content of or amend the legal relationship, to fulfill the contract or to enable you to use the service or to bill you.
The data processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
We transmit personal data to third parties only if this is necessary within the scope of the contract processing, for example to the credit institution commissioned with the payment processing.
After complete processing of the contract, we block your data so that they are no longer used. After the expiration of the tax and commercial storage obligations, we delete your data, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data.
 
Payment via PayPal

On our website, we use MaxCDN (BootstrapCDN), a CDN provided by NetDNA, LLC, 3575 Cahuenga Blvd. West, Suite 330, Los Angeles, CA 90068, USA.
